Hi, Im Mariela. In 2007 I graduated from the Careerline Tech Center and received my cosmetology license. I love all aspects of the beauty industry, im always looking for ways to improve my skills and continue my education. I have acquired certifications through the years allowing me to be a full service stylish. As much as I love being behind the chair; I also enjoy crafting, traveling and spoiling my 2 dogs.

My name is Kirsten R. I have been the receptionist at The Salon for over eight years. I have over 30 years of customer service experience under my belt! I graduated from Western Michigan University, and live in Spring Lake with my husband. Together we have one adult son. Rachel Jakubiec
Hello, I am Rachel Jakubiec. I have worked at The Salon for over 31 years! Before purchasing The Salon in 2015 I was an employee for over 21 years. I was born and raised in Grand Haven Michigan where I still live with my husband and my son. I received my cosmetology degree from The Careerline Tech Center in Holland, Michigan now known as Tulip City Cosmetology. I enjoy all aspects of my job, but I am most comfortable doing traditional color, highlights, and manicures and pedicures. Marjolein Moser is a Spring Lake native who returned to the area following a 10 year career as a stylist and creative director for Vidal Sassoon in Boston and Hamburg, Germany. Hi! I am Mari. I was born and raised in Grand Haven. I did my cosmetology training in the area graduating in 1985. I relocated to the area in 1993 after living in the upper Peninsula for a brief while. I’ve been actively working on salons since my return, and I am very happy to have found an opening at The Salon!
